YPC (YACHT PORT CARTAGENA) is the new Exclusive Marina for Large Yachts in Cartagena (Spain).
YPC has been built according to the highest quality standard and comprises of 63 berths exclusively for Large Yachts ranging from 25 to 120 meters in length, a helipad for touch down/take off purposes and a Yacht Club.

YACHT PORT CARTAGENA (YPC) sponsors this year the 8th ‘Superyacht Cup’ regatta edition, known before as Doyle Vela regatta, in Palma de Mallorca. The regatta was started by sailmakers VELA 2000 for a few of their clients and their yachts, as a get together at the end of season and to partake in some ‘easy-going’ racing. This year Vela 2000 merged with sailmakers ELVSTRÖM SOBSTAD. The event’s organising team has joined forcers with THE YACHT REPORT. More than 20 superyachts of over 22 meters are expected to participate in the regatta, held in the bay of Palma, from 6th to 9th of October. The Superyacht Cup is one of the rare opportunities superyacht owners have to relax and enjoy mailing their yachts in the company of fellow owners, with a reassuringly safe form of racing, in an atmosphere of informal competition and camaraderie. An exciting development this year will be the ‘regatta village’. The village will feature a bark, a video wall to relive the day’s racing high lights and display forms some of the key sponsors like YPC, which also sponsors the opening regatta night barbecue. A glossy supplement/programme of the Superyacht Cup will be distributed with the Monaco Yacht Show edition of The Yacht Report to their entire subscription, and also at the Monaco Yacht Show.www.yachtportcartagena.com
