Each dock will offer direct services to the same berth point of each yacht: electrical and water supply, grey and black waters collection, cable TV, high speed Internet connection, sophisticated security network and direct bunkering for the biggest yachts in the bunkering dock of Muelle de Lérida.
Commercial premises, mainly for the super yacht industry, and lockers for those in need of storage space, will be available almost right in front of their berths all along Muelle de Lérida and Muelle de Levante. A privileged area in Muelle de Levante will be reserved for offices, mainly brokers, yacht services and shipyards belonging to the mega yacht field.
Owners and their crew will have all kind of services at hand: from yacht management, to provide services such as cleaning, maintenance, catering, professional divers, training courses for crew members, etc., to a travel-lift of 275 tones , only 500m away from the marina, where a team of professionals will be able to provide refit services.
The leisure area will include 40 luxury cabins, totally equipped for the comfort of owners and their guests. Also a large area of exquisite boutiques, fine restaurants, bars and pubs, mini market, taxi and limousine service, cash point machines and much more to be completed by 2005 and 2006.
One of the aspects which will make IMT stand out of the rest of marinas is the characteristics of the harbour, so protected and secure that it is one of the most protected areas for a marina like this. IMT is also an environmentally friendly marina to its highest degree. Our environmental policy is based on prevention and reduction of any kind of pollution. Residual waters will be collected and treated in a treatment plant in order to keep high quality water in port.

IMT, a modern marina exclusively for mega yachts within the historic environment of the Roman city of Tarragona, has already a 20 % of reservations of the moorings available,( Muelle de Costa), expecting another 10% this coming September 2004, after the Monaco Yacht Show. The reservations made until now are mainly for the winter period, and for vessels over 45 m.
