Extraordinary beauty requires a different name. From now on call it MaxiDolphin 74'. The biggest Mochi Craft dolphin, previewed at the Genoa Boat Show in October, 2004 with the name "72'Dolphin", outstands with her absolute uniqueness, even "numerically", across the nautical panorama, after being compared to the standard parameters used for yachts.

The uniqueness of her style and her timeless beauty have already created an era. Her spectacular color, which gathers sky and sea in a totally new shade of blue, already encompasses the most refined emotions and aesthetic research. After the success of the 51'Dolphin, Mochi Craft applied the Italian lobster boat style to a new boat that is over 20 feet longer, adding a stunning degree of quality that is unquestionably recognized by critics and connoisseurs. And today Mochi Craft still continues to amaze. Even the most objective and scientific standards and numerical parameters daim and demonstrate the uniqueness of this marvelous creation of the sea. Indeed, this 74 foot motor yacht with flybridge, which has undergone the most exacting analysis, is 6.85 meters wide, over 1 meter wider than the average, which is officially 5.7 meters. Not only is she 20% wider, but she also weighs more: a normal 74' with flybridge should weigh on average 50/52 tons, but the Dolphin weighs 56 tons, the typical weight of 78/80 foot yachts. This means an extra 4 tons of Mochi Craft style, to be thoroughly enjoyed along with an extra meter of 'real boat', given by the length on the waterline, without uninhabitable bow rakes: a normal 74' motor yacht with flybridge has a length on the waterline of approx. 19.2 meters, whereas the Dolphin reaches 20.2 meters. Wldth, weight, length on the waterline: the Dolphln Mochi Craft exceeds all the averages and asserts ltself as a unique creation above and beyond every standard, a record-breaking creation, a MAXI creatlon. For all these reasons Mochi Craft has decided to give a new name to the proven greatness of its biggest dolphin: MaxiDolphin 74', from now on and forever.
