The new Magnum 80' is under construction and should be ready for sea trials in March.  Although she is actually the second 80' built, she has had significant design improvements  making her quite different from the first 80'.  The 80-002 will be powered by the new and decadently powerful MTU 16V 2000s coupled to Arneson ASD-15 drives.  She is expected to run approximately 60 mph, which for an 80' 100,000 lb. plus yacht, is exceptionally fast.
